About
Dreaming Flowers is the creative partnership of Abigail and Sebastian — a husband-and-wife production duo whose music blooms where rhythm meets devotion. After meeting over six years ago and marrying soon after, they’ve spent the past half-decade producing, writing, and experimenting across genres — weaving together Afrobeat, Latin, hip-hop, trap, and electronic textures into a living garden of sound. Abigail brings a classical foundation and worldly rhythm to the project. A pianist and percussionist who performed at Carnegie Hall in her youth, she went on to perform in Toronto’s Latin circuit (2018–2019) as part of a gigging band. Her ability to sculpt rich, authentic tones from modern sample libraries gives Dreaming Flowers its lush, tactile feel — combining elegance with grit. Her recent foray into rapping and vocal layering adds fresh, expressive color to their compositions. Seb, who first picked up the guitar in his teens, found his voice in hip-hop and production. By 2015, he left a career in tech to dedicate himself fully to music, building a network of collaborations with local and international artists. His approach — a balance of analog sensibility and digital precision — grounds the duo’s ethereal sound in raw emotion and technical craft. Together, Dreaming Flowers is a rare fusion of heart and discipline — two producers shaping one voice. Their work carries the pulse of the street, the warmth of global rhythm, and the intimacy of a shared dream.
